CANDITON® vaginal ovules is a medical device that helps recovering the natural vaginal defenses, including candidiasis.

CANDITON® vaginal ovules acts supportively in the prevention and treatment of fungal ailments, the main components of which are:
- lactic acid
- polycarbophil
- boric acid
Polycarbophil, by interacting with mucus in the vagina, contributes to lowering the pH in the vagina, and also hydrates the vaginal environment, which helps to improve hydration and reduce itching and burning sensation.
Vaginal ovules CANDITON® due to the content of boric acid and lactic acid, create an acidic pH of the vaginal environment, preventing the adhesion and reproduction of pathogens.
Medical device CE
Insert 1 ovule /day in the vagina, preferably in the evening before sleeping, for 5-7 days after the menstrual cycle or according medical prescription.
Instruction for use:
- Wash vaginal area properly (preferably with a both a vaginal wash external and internal)
- Open the package and after having washed properly your hands, take one ovule from the blister
3. Gently insert the ovule deep into the vagina, preferably in supine position, avoiding accidental exit of the ovule out of the vagina.
CANDITON® contains 10 vaginal ovules
Precautions on use:
- During pregnancy, lactation and for children the use of ovules must be limited only if strictly required and under direct control of your doctor.
- In case of the intact hymen, before using consult your gynecologist to the specific conditions of use.
- Monouse device.
- In case of accidental exit of the ovule out of the vagina , do not re-use the ovule.
